Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18-40 years
- Physically active more than 5 hours per week
- Maximum oxygen uptake classified as high or very high
You will not qualify if you...
- Current or recent smoker within the past 5 years
- Regular use of medication affecting test results (except hormonal contraception for women)
- Chronic or acute illness affecting test results
- Not following the study protocol
- Lean mass index greater than 21 kg/m²
- Pregnancy
- Blood donation within the past 3 months
