Inclusion criteria A)Outpatients with COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease) or ILD (interstitial lung disease) from department of Chest medicine in Taichung Veterans General Hospital, judged by the doctor that they do not need hospitalization or emergent treatment. Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Outpatients with COPD or ILD from the Chest Medicine Department at Taichung Veterans General Hospital, not needing hospitalization or emergency treatment
- Meeting frailty diagnosis based on assessment by the Frailty Scale
- Agreeing to provide ID card number for linking to the National Health Insurance research database and Health bank
- Age 20 years or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Refusal to sign the consent form
- Bedridden or unable to walk due to physical disabilities
- Having terminal cancer or human acquired immunodeficiency syndrome
- Presence of edema (pitting edema +2)
