Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged 618 years.
  • Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma based on histology and/or radiology according to EASL and AASLD guidelines.
  • Staging of hepatocellular carcinoma obtained through contrast-enhanced liver CT and/or MRI.
  • Patients with advanced (BCLC-C), intermediate (BCLC-B), or early-stage (BCLC-A) hepatocellular carcinoma not responding to locoregional ablative treatments or liver resection.
  • Treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) according to AIFA criteria, with no minimum treatment duration required.
  • Availability of a CT scan performed within 8 weeks before starting TKI therapy.
  • Written informed consent obtained.

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
