What this Trial Is About

This research aims to assess and optimize AI-generated A3/A4 type questions designed for the Chinese Medical Licensing Examination. It is a cross-sectional observational study conducted in two stages: Phase I compares model performance, and Phase II evaluates the quality of test items. The study applies single-blinding, randomization, and standardization to maintain scientific rigor and reproducibility. Participants undergo a "standardized testing" phase where AI-generated questions are mixed with human-authored ones. Participants do not know the source of each question, ensuring objective evaluation. The study focuses on comparing item accuracy as the primary outcome. During participation, medical students enrolled in a Standardized Residency Training program complete assessments using digital platforms. Researchers collect data on question accuracy and quality while maintaining participant blinding. The study runs from October 2025 to March 2026 and includes safety monitoring and follow-up within this timeframe.
