Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Men and women over the age of 18 with ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke confirmed by imaging
- Pain present in the area affected by the stroke location
- At least one month has passed since the stroke occurred
You will not qualify if you...
- History of transient ischemic attack (TIA)
- No evidence of stroke on MRI
- Presence of implantable devices such as pacemakers, defibrillators, or spinal cord stimulators
- History of myocardial infarction within the past 6 months
- Uncontrolled epilepsy
- Symptomatic brain metastases
