Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 18 years or older
- On maintenance hemodialysis for at least three consecutive months
- Receiving hemodialysis sessions three times weekly
- Each hemodialysis session lasts 4 hours
You will not qualify if you...
- Patients younger than 18 years old
- Patients on hemodialysis for less than 3 months
- Patients with malignancy
- Patients with severe infection or sepsis
- Patients with major bleeding
