This single-center, prospective, observational study aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Secukinumab in treating moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18 years or older
- Diagnosed with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa, Hurley stage II or III
- Disease duration of at least 6 months
- Presence of at least one draining tunnel or two inflammatory nodules
- Inadequate response to previous treatments including antibiotics, isotretinoin, or TNF inhibitors
You will not qualify if you...
- Active infections such as viral hepatitis or active tuberculosis
- Use of other biologics or systemic immunosuppressants within the past 3 months
- Severe organ dysfunction such as liver or kidney failure
- Any other medical conditions that could affect study results
