Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 25 years or younger at study entry
- Diagnosed with a pediatric tumor or leukemia in therapeutic failure or relapse without standard treatment options
- Patients on first-line treatment without standard options may be included in exceptional cases
- Not eligible or declined enrollment in an early phase clinical trial open in France
- Treated with a new drug discussed at a multidisciplinary meeting under compassionate use or off-label use authorized for adults
- Treated at an SFCE center authorized to prescribe chemotherapy
- Provided informed consent and willing to participate in the study

- Currently enrolled in an early phase clinical trial open in France
- Oral refusal to participate by patient or legal representative after reading study information
- Under guardianship, curatorship, deprived of liberty, or unable to express opposition to participation
