Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients who sign the informed consent form and agree to complete the study as planned
- Aged 18 to 80 years old
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- No previous lung cancer surgery
- Confirmed invasive lung adenocarcinoma during or after surgery
- Ground glass-dominant lung nodules with consolidation-to-tumor ratio between 0 and 0.5
- Tumor size between 2 and 3 centimeters
- No lymph node involvement (cN0) and no distant metastasis
- Tumors assessed by surgeons as completely removable
- No prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy
You will not qualify if you...
- Consolidation-to-tumor ratio not between 0 and 0.5, or tumor size not between 2 and 3 centimeters
- Tumors assessed by surgeons as not completely removable
- Diagnosis other than lung adenocarcinoma by cytology or pathology
- Previous lung cancer surgery
- Prior radiotherapy or chemotherapy for lung cancer
