Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Clinically diagnosed Long-COVID with PCR positivity, with or without hospitalization
- 3 to 12 months since COVID-19 diagnosis
- More than 2 ongoing symptoms affecting mood, cognitive, and/or somatic domains
- Age over 18 years
- English speaking
- Private access to a computer and internet
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently requiring acute ventilator support
- Diagnosed dementia
- Past or present history of psychotic illness or mania
- Diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, or traumatic brain injury
- Long-COVID symptoms severe enough to interfere significantly with attending or adhering to the intervention sessions
