Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Clinically diagnosed Long-COVID with PCR positivity, with or without hospitalization
  • 3 to 12 months since COVID-19 diagnosis
  • More than 2 ongoing symptoms affecting mood, cognitive, and/or somatic domains
  • Age over 18 years
  • English speaking
  • Private access to a computer and internet
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Currently requiring acute ventilator support
  • Diagnosed dementia
  • Past or present history of psychotic illness or mania
  • Diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, chronic Lyme disease, or traumatic brain injury
  • Long-COVID symptoms severe enough to interfere significantly with attending or adhering to the intervention sessions
