Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Neck pain lasting at least 3 months
- Age between 18 and 65 years with a diagnosis of cervical disc herniation
- Ability to cooperate with study procedures
- Good cognitive function
- Literate
- Willing to participate in the study
- For control group: no neck pain complaints and no neck-related diagnosis
You will not qualify if you...
- Neck pain intensity during activity less than 3 on the Visual Analog Scale
- History of surgery related to neck problems
- History of surgery related to upper extremity problems
- Diagnosis of cervical radiculopathy
- Presence of systemic malignant disease
- Presence of connective tissue disease or inflammatory rheumatic disease
- Psychiatric diagnosis and receiving treatment
- Illiteracy
- Insufficient cognitive function
- Received neck-related physical therapy in the last 6 months for the control group
