The primary goal of this prospective study is to define the efficacy of the sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) procedure by comparing different method performed in patients with endometrial cancer. The aim of this study is to investigate whether the detection rate of sentinel lymph node (SLN) with two different injection sites may be increased compared to the standard use with single site (cervix) injection in endometrial cancer.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age over 18 and under 80 years old
- Pathological diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer
- Expected survival time exceeding 3 months
- Signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- History of myocardial infarction, stroke, unstable angina, or decompensated heart function
- History of exhaustion or deep vein thrombosis
- Liver insufficiency (transaminase greater than 2.5 times the upper limit)
- Renal insufficiency (serum muscle liver greater than 2 times the upper limit)
- Pregnancy or perinatal status
- History of major organ transplantation or immune disease
- Psychiatric condition or language barriers
- Current or past alcohol or drug abuse
- Unable or unwilling to sign informed consent or comply with study requirements
- Presence of other malignant tumors
