Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologic confirmation of high grade glioma
- Age 18 years or older
- Signed informed consent acknowledging investigational study nature
- Karnofsky performance status of 60 or higher
- Ability to obtain MRI scans with gadolinium contrast
- For females of childbearing age: not pregnant (confirmed by serum beta HCG within 14 days) and not breastfeeding; must use contraception during the study

History of severe allergic reactions to study medication Currently pregnant or breastfeeding Recent participation in another clinical trial within the last 30 days Presence of uncontrolled medical conditions that could affect safety
