Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 60 or older
- Newly diagnosed with cancer
- Receiving chemotherapy with a moderate or high chance of causing nausea and vomiting
- Scheduled for chemotherapy cycles every 2, 3, or 4 weeks
- Able to speak and understand English
- Has access to a telephone
You will not qualify if you...
- Previous diagnosis or treatment for cancer
- End-stage disease with less than 6 months to live
- Vision or hearing impairments without corrective devices
