Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients older than 18 years followed at the Halifax Interdisciplinary Thyroid Oncology Clinic
- AJCC stage 1 DTC with no evidence of cancer recurrence, including undetectable high sensitivity serum thyroglobulin (hsTG <0.06 mcg/L)
- Anti-thyroglobulin antibody (anti-TG AB) less than 20 IU/ml
- Negative thyroid ultrasound scan for recurrence at least 24 months after most recent treatment
- AJCC stage 2 DTC with no evidence of cancer recurrence and negative ultrasound at least 48 months after treatment
- Comfortable using the mobile or Medable app and have internet access

- Patient does not have a consented primary care practitioner (PCP)
