Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Both genders
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Foot hyper pronation (Foot Posture Index 63; +6)
- Low back pain lasting more than 3 months with pain, stiffness, and muscle tension between the lower rib margin and gluteal fold
- Low back pain with Numeric Pain Rating Scale score 63; 3
You will not qualify if you...
- Acute trauma or fracture of foot or back within the last 3 months
- Leg length difference greater than 5 mm
- Diagnosed with spondylolisthesis or spondylitis
- Diagnosed with lumbar radiculopathy, stenosis, fibromyalgia, or plantar fasciitis
- Recent history of falls within 3 months
- Congenital hyper-pronation of foot
- Pregnancy
