Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Confirmed HIV-1 infection
- Agree to use the simplified therapy regimen
- Agree to have CD4 cell counts measured at least once every six months
You will not qualify if you...
- Participation in HIV vaccine or other drug trials within the past three months
- Unable to complete scheduled follow-up due to weakness or poor compliance
- History of resistance or allergy to lopinavir/ritonavir or lamivudine
