Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Diagnosed with cerebral palsy
  • Classified as GMFCS level IV or higher, indicating inability to walk or operate a powered wheelchair
  • Under 12 years old
  • Affiliated with a center that guarantees a proper navigation experience
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Inability to press or act on a start button (actuator)
