The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the outcome and practice treatment for sleep-wake disturbances in a Sleep Clinic. Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Referred to the Sleep Clinic at St. Olavs Hospital for assessment of a sleep-wake disruption
- Age 18 years or older
- Willing and able to provide written informed consent
- Diagnosed with insomnia disorder or a sleep-wake rhythm disorder (delayed, advanced, non-24-hour, or irregular sleep-wake disorder)
- Desire for non-pharmacological sleep treatment
You will not qualify if you...
- Working night shifts or having external conditions causing inadequate sleep opportunity, such as caring for an infant or lacking permanent housing
- Being blind
- Having psychosis
- Having epilepsy
- Having ongoing substance abuse
