- Patients with newly diagnosed stage III-IV non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not received chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or radiotherapy

- Patients with severe mental illness
- Patients with other malignant tumors
- Patients currently receiving sleep medication
