Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Report heavy drinking in a typical week in the past month
  • Meet DSM-5 criteria for Alcohol Use Disorder
  • Meet DSM-5 and research diagnostic criteria for Insomnia Disorder
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Age 50 years or older
  • Unable to provide informed consent
  • Report contraindications for CBT-I such as mania or seizure disorder
  • Have untreated moderate to severe sleep apnea
  • Have symptoms requiring immediate clinical attention, such as psychosis or suicide plan
  • Currently receiving behavioral treatment for insomnia or alcohol use
