Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Report heavy drinking in a typical week in the past month
- Meet DSM-5 criteria for Alcohol Use Disorder
- Meet DSM-5 and research diagnostic criteria for Insomnia Disorder
You will not qualify if you...
- Age 50 years or older
- Unable to provide informed consent
- Report contraindications for CBT-I such as mania or seizure disorder
- Have untreated moderate to severe sleep apnea
- Have symptoms requiring immediate clinical attention, such as psychosis or suicide plan
- Currently receiving behavioral treatment for insomnia or alcohol use
