Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Age 18-89
- History of a cancer diagnosis (except non-melanoma skin cancer) at least 6 months prior
- No active cancer therapy (excluding chemoprevention) in the past four months and no further therapy planned
- Significant insomnia with an Insomnia Severity Index score of 8 or higher
- Regular access to the internet
- Able to read and write in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Usual bedtime not between 5:00 pm and 5:00 am
- Employment in a job where falling asleep at work could affect public safety (e.g., air traffic controller, operating heavy machinery)
- History of Bipolar Disorder or Seizure Disorder, current seizure medications, or seizure in the past 12 months
- Any hearing, vision, or cognitive impairment that prevents independent completion of study procedures
