The trial, sponsored by Purdue University, plans to enroll healthy adults and will last until November 2026.

You may qualify if you...

  • Healthy adults aged 18 to 45 years
  • Body mass index (BMI) between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2
  • Able to read and speak English
  • Fasting blood glucose levels less than or equal to 100 mg/dL
  • HbA1c less than or equal to 5.7%
  • Men and women
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Age less than 18 or greater than 45 years
  • BMI less than 18.5 or greater than 24.9 kg/m2
  • Diabetes diagnosis
  • History of gastrointestinal disease
  • Pregnant or nursing women
  • Taking GLP-1 medications, following weight-loss diets, or restrictive eating patterns
  • Dairy or gluten intolerance or allergies
