Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients aged 19 years or older
- Patients who underwent successful PCI with one or more contemporary drug-eluting stents (stent diameter 63mm) or drug-coated balloons
- Patients with at least one complex coronary artery lesion, including true bifurcation lesions, chronic total occlusion, unprotected left main disease, long coronary lesions, multi-vessel PCI, multiple devices used, in-stent restenosis, severely calcified lesions, or ostial lesions of LAD, LCX, or RCA
- Patients with high-risk clinical conditions such as acute myocardial infarction with or without cardiogenic shock, diabetes requiring medical treatment, end-stage renal disease on dialysis, or combined vascular diseases like peripheral artery occlusive disease or thoracoabdominal aortic disease
- Patients who can verbally confirm understanding of the risks, benefits, and surveillance alternatives of CCTA and provide written informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Advanced chronic kidney disease with creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min/1.73 m2 and not on dialysis
- Known true anaphylaxis to contrast medium
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding
- Non-cardiac co-morbid conditions with life expectancy less than 1 year or that may cause protocol non-compliance
- Unwillingness or inability to comply with study procedures
