Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Advanced or metastatic solid tumor malignancy
- Evaluable or measurable disease according to RECIST 1.1 criteria
- ECOG performance status of 0 or 1
- Life expectancy greater than 3 months
You will not qualify if you...
- History of another malignancy within the past 2 years
- Prior diagnosis of Myelodysplastic syndrome or Acute Myeloid Leukemia
- Significant cardiovascular disease within the past 6 months
- Significant gastrointestinal disease
- HIV infection with CD4+ T-cell count less than 200 cells/µL or detectable viral load
- Liver dysfunction
