Researchers are testing a new medicine called SNV1521 for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The study aims to find out if SNV1521 is safe, well-tolerated, and effective in treating these cancers. This phase 1 trial also explores different doses of SNV1521 to determine the most effective and safe dosage, as well as its potential use in combination with other cancer therapies. Participants will receive SNV1521 as an oral tablet with the dose and frequency depending on the treatment group. The study includes several experimental arms such as monotherapy dose escalation and expansion, combination dose escalation, and specific dose expansions for various cancers including prostate, pancreatic, breast, ovarian, and solid tumors with brain metastases. Other drugs like DB-1310 infusion, Abiraterone, and Darolutamide oral are also involved depending on the treatment arm. During the study, participants will be monitored closely for safety and tolerability, including checking for dose-limiting toxicities during the first 28-day treatment cycle and ongoing safety assessments up to 13 months from the first dose. Researchers will evaluate disease status using measurable criteria and assess overall health and performance status. The trial runs through December 2027, with participants undergoing regular evaluations to measure the effects and side effects of the treatments.
