The goal of this observational study is to identify behavioral and physiological markers of social alterations in Autism Spectrum Disorders compared to Typically Developping peers. This single-centre study plan to use eye tracking to evaluate social disorders in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD). The investigators will estimate oculometric and pupillometric indices as potential ASD biomarkers. The study will last 4 years and will be organized in two phases.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Signed informed consent from both parents
  • Enrolment in the social security system
  • Adults without ASD aged 18 to 50 years (Phase 1)
  • Children without ASD aged 2 to 12 years (Phase 1)
  • Children with ASD aged 2 to 12 years meeting DSM-V, ICD-10, or ICD-11 criteria (Phase 1)
  • Children without other neurodevelopmental disorders aged 0 to 12 years (Phase 2)
  • Children with other neurodevelopmental disorders or with diagnosis in progress aged 0 to 12 years meeting diagnostic criteria (Phase 2)
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Known uncorrected visual pathologies (all groups, Phase 1)
  • Known personal neurological pathologies (all groups, Phase 1)
  • Adults without ASD under guardianship or trusteeship (Phase 1)
  • Adults without ASD diagnosed with ASD (Phase 1)
  • Children without ASD diagnosed with ASD (Phase 1)
  • Children with ASD diagnosed with Rett syndrome or Hayler syndrome (Phase 1)
  • Children without ASD diagnosed with ASD (confirmed or ongoing) (Phase 2)
