Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Children aged 10 to 17 with chronic pain lasting 3 months or more and associated functional impairment
- Parent or guardian living with the child at least 50% of the time
- Parent and child are fluent in English
You will not qualify if you...
- Pain better explained by another medical condition
- Child has a history of psychosis, bipolar disorder, autism spectrum disorder, or intellectual disability
- Caregiver has current emotional, cognitive, or physical barriers to participation as determined by study staff
- Child has severe psychiatric symptoms requiring immediate intervention
- Child is currently receiving individual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for pain
