Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Physically active and performing structured resistance training more than 2 times per week for at least 4 weeks
- Male or female aged between 18 and 39 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Pregnant or nursing
- Taken creatine monohydrate within 30 days prior to the study
- Known allergies to the placebo substance (corn-starch maltodextrin)
