Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Physically active and performing structured resistance training more than 2 times per week for at least 4 weeks
  • Male or female aged between 18 and 39 years
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Pregnant or nursing
  • Taken creatine monohydrate within 30 days prior to the study
  • Known allergies to the placebo substance (corn-starch maltodextrin)
