Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- For cancer participants: Have a confirmed diagnosis of cancer by imaging, cytology, or histology
- For cancer participants: Have not received systemic cancer therapy or have disease progression after standard treatment
- For cancer participants: Have at least one tumor visible on imaging that is 15 millimeters or larger
- For healthy participants: Be clinically healthy at screening and on the day of the PET imaging visit, confirmed by medical evaluation, vital signs, physical exam, lab tests, and ECG
- Be 18 years of age or older
You will not qualify if you...
- Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant during the study
- Are breastfeeding or planning to breastfeed during the study
- Have a history of risk factors for Torsades de Pointes (such as heart failure, low potassium, or family history of Long QT Syndrome)
- Are currently receiving cancer therapy or are between treatment cycles
- Have a prolonged QT/corrected QT interval greater than 450 milliseconds on repeated tests
