Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patients with PNH who completed treatment in the parent study without permanent discontinuation
- Willing and able to comply with clinic visits and required meningococcal vaccinations
- Patients with PNH and documented C5 polymorphism resistant to eculizumab or ravulizumab
- Diagnosis of PNH confirmed by high-sensitivity flow cytometry
- Active disease with one or more PNH-related signs or symptoms
- LDH level at least 2 times the upper limit of normal at screening
You will not qualify if you...
- Significant protocol deviations in the parent study affecting safety or study objectives
- New or worsening conditions that make participation unsuitable
- Prior complement inhibitor treatment within 5 half-lives before screening, except prior eculizumab or ravulizumab
- History of organ, bone marrow, or hematologic transplant
- Failure to meet meningococcal vaccination requirements
- Positive hepatitis B surface antigen or hepatitis C RNA at screening
- Known HIV with opportunistic infections in the past year
- Known hereditary complement deficiency
- History of active, uncontrolled systemic autoimmune diseases
- History of liver cirrhosis or impaired liver function or unexplained liver enzyme elevations
