Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Parkinson's disease according to 2015 Movement Disorder Society criteria
- Age between 18 and 75 years old
- Early-stage Parkinson's with Hoehn-Yahr score ≤ 2.5 or mid-to-late-stage with score between 2.5 and 5
- Willingness to undergo facial expression video and speech audio recording
- Signed informed consent form
- For Parkinson's plus syndromes group: diagnosis of Multiple System Atrophy or Progressive Supranuclear Palsy per Chinese diagnostic criteria
- Age between 18 and 75 years old
- Willingness to undergo facial expression video and speech audio recording
- Signed informed consent form
You will not qualify if you...
- History of cerebrovascular disease, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, or intracranial surgery
- Presence of metal implants, cardiac pacemakers, or other metallic foreign bodies (for Parkinson's disease patients)
- Severe dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease patients interfering with video/audio recording cooperation
- Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score ≤ 24 points
