Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants 18 years of age or older with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma, including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL)
- For R/R DLBCL (de novo) and FL 3b: at least 2 prior lines of therapy including specific chemotherapy regimens
- For R/R DLBCL (transformed lymphoma): at least 2 prior lines of therapy after transformation
- For R/R FL (except FL 3b): at least 2 prior lines of therapy and meeting treatment criteria at enrollment
- Measurable disease confirmed by imaging with at least one lesion greater than 1.5 cm in transverse diameter
- Acceptance and adherence to pregnancy prevention plan
You will not qualify if you...
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 2 or higher
- Inability to comply with study restrictions, precautions, and prohibited treatments
- Prior CAR-T therapy or radiotherapy within 4 weeks before study intervention
- Systemic anticancer treatment within 5 half-lives or 4 weeks prior to study intervention
- Allogeneic stem cell transplant within 6 months (for specific cohorts)
- Autologous stem cell transplant within 3 months prior to study intervention
- For combination cohorts: prior allogeneic stem cell transplant or solid organ transplant
- History of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML), hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH), or chronic active Epstein-Barr virus infection
- Any condition including significant acute or chronic illness, active or uncontrolled infection, or lab abnormalities that pose unacceptable risk
- Known or suspected involvement of the central nervous system
