Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy volunteers
- Aged 30 to 65 years inclusive at the time of signing informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Serious adverse reaction or serious hypersensitivity to any drug or formulation excipients
- Presence or history of clinically significant allergy requiring treatment, except inactive hay fever
- Presence or history of diseases or conditions interfering with drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, or excretion
- History of significant cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological, psychiatric, or dermatological disorders
- History of gastrointestinal surgery except appendectomy or hernia repair performed more than 12 months ago
