The primary objective of the study is to evaluate real-world effectiveness of treatment with Repatha® in combination with SOC, compared with SOC alone, on the risk for cardiovascular (CV) death, myocardial infarction (MI), stroke, hospitalization for unstable angina, or coronary revascularization, whichever occurs first, in participants with established atherosclerotic CV disease (ASCVD) treated with SOC, according to local clinical practice.

Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adults 18 years of age or older
- Provided informed consent to participate in the study
- Either prescribed Repatha® in addition to existing standard of care according to local guidelines and approved label OR already receiving standard of care before enrollment
- Have at least one of the following: diagnosis of heart attack or stroke within 2 years before enrollment; two or more heart attacks or strokes, or a combination of one heart attack and one stroke at any time before enrollment; diagnosis of heart attack or stroke along with diabetes; diagnosis of heart attack or stroke with documented multivessel coronary artery disease; symptomatic peripheral arterial disease
- Most recent fasting LDL cholesterol level of 70 mg/dL or higher or non-HDL cholesterol of 100 mg/dL or higher within 6 months before enrollment
- Most recent fasting triglycerides level of 400 mg/dL or lower within 6 months before enrollment
You will not qualify if you...
- Stroke within the past 1 month
- Known history of hemorrhagic stroke at any time
- Stroke caused by a thromboembolic event
- Prior use of Repatha® or other PCSK9 inhibitor treatments within 6 months before enrollment
- Currently enrolled in another study involving investigational procedures, devices, or drugs
- History of severe hypersensitivity or allergy to Repatha® or its components
