Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Currently an MSK provider caring for patients with DLBCL, including related lymphoma subtypes
- Patient is currently treated by a participating provider for lymphoma care
- Patient has a diagnosis of DLBCL, including transformed follicular lymphoma and primary mediastinal B-cell lymphoma
- Patient has relapse or refractory disease as defined by specific treatment history timelines
- Patient self-identifies as Black and/or White
- Patient is 18 years of age or older
- Patient is fluent in English, verified by specific language questions
You will not qualify if you...
- Providers planning to leave the cancer center within the next 12 months
- Patients with cognitive impairment based on BOMC score of 11 or higher
- Patients judged too ill or weak to complete study procedures
- Patients receiving hospice care at the time of enrollment
