Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Aged 18-45 years
  • Myopia, with or without astigmatism, with an annual diopter change of 0.50 or less for 2 consecutive years
  • Anterior chamber depth of 2.80 mm or greater
  • Corneal endothelial cell count of 2000 per mm2 or higher with stable cell morphology
  • No other ocular diseases significantly affecting vision and no systemic organic lesions affecting surgical recovery
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of other ocular diseases significantly affecting vision or systemic organic lesions affecting surgical recovery
  • History of corneal refractive surgery or intraocular surgery
  • Low corneal endothelial cell count
  • Presence of systemic diseases
  • Lactating or pregnant women
