Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Healthy male and female participants with no significant medical issues based on medical history, physical exam, ECG, vital signs, and lab tests
- Participants must be normal, intermediate, poor, or ultrarapid CYP2D6 metabolizers
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 32.0 kg/m2, inclusive

- Evidence of organ dysfunction or clinically significant abnormalities in physical exam, vital signs, ECG, or lab tests outside normal ranges
- Other protocol-defined exclusion criteria apply
