Researchers are evaluating two experimental medicines, freneslerbart and mevonlerbart, alone or combined as REGN-2Cat, in people with allergic conjunctivitis caused by cat hair or dander. The study aims to understand side effects and whether these medicines can reduce eye allergy symptoms compared to a placebo. It is a phase 3, randomized, double-masked, placebo-controlled trial sponsored by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Participants may receive freneslerbart, mevonlerbart, REGN-2Cat the combination, or placebo according to the study protocol.
