Eligibility Criteria

Eligible

You may qualify if you...

  • Patients aged 18 years or older who have provided written informed consent.
  • Diagnosis of colon adenocarcinoma at high-risk stage III (pT4pN2) or stage IV.
  • Receiving oxaliplatin-based chemotherapy for localized or metastatic disease.
  • Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0-1.
Not Eligible

You will not qualify if you...

  • Presence of pre-existing neuropathy.
  • Uncontrolled diabetes.
  • Known allergies to gloves.
  • Prior treatment with paclitaxel, docetaxel, or oxaliplatin.
