Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Must be recipients of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant with moderate to severe chronic GVHD needing systemic immune suppression
- May have both active acute and chronic GVHD symptoms (overlap syndrome)
- Have active chronic GVHD and have failed at least two prior systemic therapies
- Stable dose of systemic corticosteroids allowed if maintained for at least two weeks before starting treatment
- Adequate organ and bone marrow function
- Participants who can follow contraception requirements if of reproductive potential
- Karnofsky Performance Scale score of 60 or higher
You will not qualify if you...
- Having acute GVHD without chronic GVHD symptoms
- Prior use of colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (CSF1R) inhibitors for chronic GVHD
- History or presence of severe illness, uncontrolled infection, or any condition making participation unsafe; all wounds must be healed and infection-free
- History of malignancy except if related to transplant or treated with curative intent with no active disease for over three years and low risk of recurrence
- Malabsorption syndrome or other conditions affecting oral drug absorption
