Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of any type of non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) confirmed by ECG or at enrollment
- No anticoagulant treatment received in the 6 months before enrollment or never treated
- Multidimensional geriatric assessment done at enrollment or within 3 months for stable disease
You will not qualify if you...
- Valvular atrial fibrillation due to an artificial heart valve
- Medical conditions other than NVAF that require anticoagulant therapy such as deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
- Use of incorrect doses of direct-acting oral anticoagulants (DOAC) based on product guidelines
