Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of active psoriatic arthritis by a rheumatologist or experienced healthcare professional
- Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30 kg/m2 or greater (obesity), or 27 to less than 30 kg/m2 (overweight) with at least one weight-related condition (hypertension, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease)
- Treated with ixekizumab for approximately 3 months (plus or minus 1 month) before the decision to add tirzepatide
- Able to start tirzepatide treatment within 30 days of treatment decision
You will not qualify if you...
- Currently treated with ixekizumab for more than 4 months or less than 2 months
- Previous use of tirzepatide or any glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist (e.g., dulaglutide, liraglutide, semaglutide)
- Currently enrolled in another clinical study
- Known allergy to any component of tirzepatide
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer
- Diagnosis of multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- Type 1 diabetes mellitus
- History of chronic or acute pancreatitis
- History of severe diabetic eye disease requiring acute treatment
- History of diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar state/coma
- History of severe hypoglycemia unawareness within 6 months before screening
- History of severe gastrointestinal problems including gastroparesis, acid reflux, indigestion, chronic nausea or vomiting
