Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis by a dermatologist or experienced clinician
- Body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater, or 27 to less than 30 kg/m² with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease
- Initiated ixekizumab treatment approximately 3 months (± 1 month) before deciding to add tirzepatide
- Able to start tirzepatide within 30 days of the treatment decision (baseline/screening)
You will not qualify if you...
- Received ixekizumab for more than 4 months or less than 2 months
- Previous use of tirzepatide or other glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonists such as dulaglutide, liraglutide, or semaglutide
- Currently enrolled in another clinical study
- Known allergy to tirzepatide or its components
- Personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer
- Multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- Type 1 diabetes mellitus
- History of chronic or acute pancreatitis before screening
- History of diabetic eye diseases requiring acute treatment
- History of ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar state/coma
- History of severe hypoglycemia or hypoglycemia unawareness within 6 months before screening
- History of severe gastrointestinal problems including gastroparesis, acid reflux, indigestion, chronic nausea, constipation, or vomiting
