A Study to Investigate the Effectiveness of Tirzepatide (LY3298176) Following Initiation of Ixekizumab (LY2439821) in Participants With Moderate-to-Severe Plaque PsO and Obesity or Overweight in Clinical Practice (TOGETHER AMPLIFY-PsO)
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Have a diagnosis of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis confirmed by a dermatologist or experienced clinician
- Have a body mass index (BMI) of 30 kg/m² or greater (obesity), or 27 to less than 30 kg/m² (overweight) with at least one weight-related comorbidity such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, type 2 diabetes, obstructive sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease
- Have started treatment with ixekizumab approximately 3 months (±1 month) before deciding to add tirzepatide
- Be able to start tirzepatide within 30 days of the treatment decision (baseline/screening)
You will not qualify if you...
- Have received ixekizumab treatment for less than 2 months or more than 4 months
- Have previously used tirzepatide or any glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist (e.g., dulaglutide, liraglutide, semaglutide)
- Are currently participating in another clinical study
- Have a known allergy to tirzepatide or its components
- Have a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2
- Have type 1 diabetes mellitus
- Have a history of chronic or acute pancreatitis
- Have diabetic eye complications requiring acute treatment
- Have had ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar coma
- Have experienced severe hypoglycemia or hypoglycemia unawareness in the past 6 months
- Have severe gastrointestinal issues such as gastroparesis, gastroesophageal reflux disease, or chronic nausea, constipation, or vomiting
