Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Diagnosis of Discoid Lupus Erythematosus (DLE), Subacute Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (SCLE), or Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE)
- For DLE or SCLE, diagnosis confirmed by biopsy (unless only face/head/neck affected) and present at least 3 months before screening
- Ongoing disease activity for DLE or SCLE based on CLASI-A scoring
- For SLE, diagnosis based on 2019 EULAR/ACR Classification for SLE at screening
- Mild to moderate disease severity for SLE based on SLEDAI-2K score
- Age between 18 and 75 years
You will not qualify if you...
- Severe SLE as considered by the Investigator
- Drug-induced Cutaneous Lupus Erythematosus (CLE) or drug-induced SLE
- Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Current use of more than 10 mg prednisone (or equivalent) daily
- Other protocol-defined exclusion criteria
