Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Participants aged 18 to 55 years at the time of consent
- Participants must be in good general health based on medical history, physical exam, vital signs, ECG, and lab tests
- Body weight greater than 45 kilograms at screening
- Body mass index (BMI) between 18.0 and 30.0 kg/m² at screening
You will not qualify if you...
- History or current presence of serious infections like opportunistic infections, sepsis, or systemic fungal infections
- History of pulmonary infiltrates or pneumonia within 6 months before screening
- History or current autoimmune, cardiac, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal, respiratory, endocrine, neurological, central nervous system, mental, or blood disorders that could affect study participation
- History or current malignancy of any organ, including skin basal cell carcinoma, whether treated or untreated
- Other protocol-defined exclusion criteria may apply
