A Study of JNJ-95597528 in Participants With Moderate to Severe Atopic Dermatitis
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Be otherwise healthy based on physical exam, medical history, vital signs, and 12-lead ECG at screening
- Have chronic atopic dermatitis with symptoms starting at least 1 year before screening
- Have an Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) score of 16 or higher at screening and Week 0
- Have a validated Investigator Global Assessment for atopic dermatitis (vIGA-AD) score of 3 or higher at screening and Week 0
- Have 10% or more of body surface area affected by atopic dermatitis at screening and Week 0
- Have a documented history within 6 months before screening of inadequate response or inadvisability to medicated topical treatments for atopic dermatitis, or inadequate response to systemic therapies within 12 months before screening
- Be willing to sign an informed consent form and comply with study procedures
- If participating in a substudy, be willing to sign a separate informed consent form for that substudy
- Be willing and able to follow scheduled visits, treatment plans, lab tests, lifestyle restrictions, and other study procedures
You will not qualify if you...
- History of substance or alcohol abuse within 1 year before screening
- Any clinically significant abnormal results from 12-lead ECG, chemistry, hematology, or urinalysis tests at screening that could affect study data or participant safety
- Known or suspected immunodeficiency, including past invasive opportunistic infections
- Previous treatment with JNJ-95597528
- Known allergies or intolerance to JNJ-95597528, its components, any biologic medication, or significant reactions to murine, chimeric, monoclonal antibodies, or antibody fragments
