Study of JYP0015 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors Harboring Specific Mutations in RAS
Who Can Participate
Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Histologically or pathologically confirmed solid tumors with RAS mutation via molecular tests
- Disease progression or intolerance after adequate standard treatment for RAS mutant tumors
- Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status of 0 or 1
- Adequate organ function
You will not qualify if you...
- Presence of untreated central nervous system (CNS) metastases; clinically stable previously treated brain metastases allowed
- Gastrointestinal disorders interfering with drug administration or absorption, including dysphagia, malabsorption syndrome, refractory nausea/vomiting/diarrhea, or chronic GI diseases like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis
- Congestive heart failure with NYHA functional class II or higher or left ventricular ejection fraction below 50%
- Any other condition that may affect study outcomes or patient safety, such as alcohol or substance abuse, severe medical or psychiatric conditions requiring active treatment, or social circumstances affecting compliance or data collection
