Eligibility Criteria

You may qualify if you...

Participants aged 18 years or older
Clinical diagnosis of chronic atopic dermatitis for at least 6 months confirmed by photograph
Inadequate response to standard topical treatments for at least 4 consecutive weeks within 6 to 12 months before first study dose, or a documented reason why topical treatments are medically inappropriate
Moderate to severe atopic dermatitis defined by affected body surface area ≥10%, vIGA score ≥3, and EASI score ≥16 at screening and baseline visits
Bio-experienced participants who are partial or non-responders to anti-inflammatory proteins, or have intolerance or adverse events to such proteins, or lost access to them with at least 12 weeks of treatment within 5 years
Body mass index between 17.5 and 40 kg/m2 and total body weight over 45 kg (100 lbs)
Willing and able to comply with all scheduled visits, treatment plan, laboratory tests, and study procedures

You will not qualify if you...

Significant allergic or autoimmune diseases other than atopic dermatitis, including but not limited to systemic lupus erythematosus, type 1 diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, or multiple sclerosis
History of significant allergic reactions or hypersensitivity to study medicines or their ingredients
Active infection requiring treatment within 2 weeks prior to screening or hospitalization/systemic antimicrobial therapy within 60 days prior to first dose
Active skin infection requiring systemic antibiotics or topical treatments within specified timeframes prior to first dose
Any clinically significant infection or opportunistic infection within 6 months prior to first dose
Presence of inflammatory skin conditions other than atopic dermatitis that could interfere with evaluation
Medical or psychiatric conditions increasing risk or making participation inappropriate, including recent or active suicidal ideation
Current use of prohibited medications
Recent phototherapy or regular tanning booth use within 4 weeks prior to first dose
Previous use of investigational products within 30 days or 5 half-lives prior to first dose
HIV infection or hepatitis B or C infection
Evidence of active or latent tuberculosis or inadequately treated tuberculosis infection
