Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Adult patients, male or female, with a biopsy proven IgA nephropathy
- Includes both primary and secondary forms of IgA nephropathy
- No restriction on date of diagnosis or level of kidney function
- Patients with or without history of kidney transplantation
- Patients followed in the Nephrology Department of Strasbourg University Hospital
- Signed informed consent
You will not qualify if you...
- Active or recent infectious or inflammatory syndrome within the last 2 months
- Recent vaccination within the last 2 months
- Ongoing treatment for acute humoral rejection
- Treatment with plasma exchanges within the last 2 months
- Current treatment with complement inhibitors
- Inability to provide informed consent due to emergency situations or understanding difficulties
- Subject under safeguard of justice, guardianship, or curatorship
