Eligibility Criteria
You may qualify if you...
- Patient over 18 years of age
- Organ donation procedure started according to French law for Maastricht III category
- No objection from relatives for patient's participation in the study
- No opposition to data collection for recipients
- Recipient is over 18 years old at pre-transplant consultation
- Recipient received an organ from a donor in the HEPHAISTOS protocol
You will not qualify if you...
- Patient registered as refusing organ donation or living refusal
- Pregnant or breastfeeding women
- Patients under guardianship, curatorship, or legal protection
- Medical contraindications to organ donation per French guidelines
- Recipients under guardianship, curatorship, or legal protection
